Our Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if you prefer a different size or color, we gladly offer easy exchanges and quick returns

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery date
- Items need to be unwashed, unaltered, clean and undamaged, and with original tags and packaging intact

Return Process

- Kindly fill out the return form you can print by login in your account through the following link  https://www.mackeene.com/account/login

- Package your return item(s) in their original packaging, including the return form filled out.

- E-mail us your tracking number with your return number so we can make sure to follow-up correctly to return.eu@mackeene.com

 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we will ship your replacement once the original has been received.
If you wish to have a refund, we will issue your refund within two days after receiving the original item.
