Taxes and duties
The prices of MACKEENE products are stated in Euros and include taxes, but exclude customs duties. For orders placed outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties that may apply. However, any actions, costs, taxes, or delays related to customs clearance are outside MACKEENE's control, and the company cannot be held liable for them.
Important information
The delivery times provided by MACKEENE are intended as estimates and may be affected by factors such as payment authorization, stock availability, and customs processing delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes. To track your order, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to follow your order's progress.
First-Time Order Policy
To ensure security, MACKEENE may ship first-time orders to the cardholder's verified billing address or work address. To prevent any delays in receiving your order, it is important to provide accurate billing and shipping information that corresponds with the credit/debit card used to place the order.
Insurance
MACKEENE provides insurance for every purchase during transit until the order is delivered to the customer. Upon delivery, all orders require a signature which signifies that the responsibility for the shipment has been transferred to the customer. In cases where a recipient other than the customer has been designated for delivery, the customer acknowledges that a signature by the third party is acceptable proof of delivery and fulfilment by MACKEENE.

MACKEENE ships all orders using a carrier that provides full traceability, and customers can visit the carrier's website for any questions related to their shipment.
